These terms define acceptable use, account responsibilities, and closed-beta limitations for BeatQuery.

Beta scope

• The product is provided as-is during closed beta and may change without notice.
• Features can be modified, disabled, or removed while validating product quality.
• Downtime, regressions, or data inconsistencies can occur during beta operation.

User responsibilities

• Use your own account credentials and keep them confidential.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access or abuse product limits.
• Do not upload or generate unlawful content using the service.

Liability and support

• No warranty is provided during closed beta.
• BeatQuery team may suspend beta access in case of misuse or security risk.
• Support is best-effort through designated beta channels.
